Removable and Fixes appliances have a 6 month warranty on craftmanship (not including patient negligence). Nightguards have a 1 year warranty.

For warranty to be honored old appliance must be returned to the lab.

New Era is not responsible for distorted impressions. We will place a phone call before working on appliance so that we can ensure a proper fit.

New Era is not responsible for repair of any cases after warranty has ended.
